West Campus Apartments Cheaper in the Spring?

<p>I have heard numerous claims that vacant apartments in west campus will usually sell for cheaper than normal in the spring to fill those spots up. Can anyone attest to this because I am trying to find a pretty good deal (650 or below).</p>

<p>I can confirm this. Especially with student leaving spring semester for studying abroad or graduating so there are lots of subleases available.</p>

<p>I don’t recommend you waiting long though, because apartments always fill up fast.</p>
