Wharton School chances?

Happy Memorial Day everybody!

What do you all think my chances would be at getting in at Wharton School of UPenn.

Me:
Just completing my junior year.
Attending a competitive, jesuit, college prep school in Cleveland, Ohio.
GPA: cumulative of about 4.02 weighted. Although my final semester will be 3.85-4 most likely. Almost all honors/AP
Class rank: my school doesn't rank but breaks down the number of students in each GPA range (I'm in the top which is 4+).
ACT: 34 (will retake for nearly certain 35 if I don't party the night before again...)
SAT: 1540- 800 math, 740 critical reading (that was also a first try and will probably retake)
EC:
Investment Club, 4 years, currently president
Debate Team, (policy debate), 3/4 years, won a local tournament and award of excellence, some experience on the national circuit
Green Team, 3 years (this is only about 1 hr/week)
Film Society, 2 years
Writing for school newspaper, sophomore year
Work:
Caddying 4 years
Internship with Seussi, a startup social networking site, starts in about a week
Volunteering:
Hospital 1 year
YC (modify sports activities for persons with physical disabilities), starting this summer
Other: I have also attended a couple week long business camps at ONU and another one this summer (not sure if this will really matter at all)

Let me know what you think/any advice.
Thanks for your time!

EDIT: Forgot this:
221 PSAT, national merit finalist status very likely
and
740 SAT II biology
680 US history :S
and NHS

Your GPA and class rank are great. :)

You also have very good test scores.

Your extra-curricular activities seem “plain” in a way? I don’t know, but I just don’t find them unique. However, your participation in investment club is very appropriate for Wharton. You should probably talk about that in your application or whenever you get the chance. Also, you should mention your internship with that startup. That could be a big plus for you as entrepreneurship is key in the business world and not many teenagers partake in such an opportunity.

Thanks pizza!
Although it may seem like my rank is better than it actually is. In reality, I’m probably around 15-20th percentile (but then again it is a competitive school and they just see I’m near the bottom cusp of the segment).

Also, I definitely hope that the internship with Seussi would be as large as that. Would it be advisable to write a lot about it in my essay?

UPDATE: Final are going well and it looks like my 6th semester GPA will actually be slightly over 4, leaving the CUM around 4.03-4.04.

Any other input?

Wharton will break it down to your exact rank with the info your school supplies. Unless your school is in the very top competitive category (average SAT score over 2050, sends 25% plus to ivies), anything below top 5% will make it very tough.
