What age is pathetic to have never been kissed?

But then again, mentally speaking I'm years ahead of my peers.

contradicts this:

Lulz.

Eh not really. The word "Lulz" has already dominated the internet and will overflow into RL within a few years. So saying it is like saying "Heh" if you want to nitpick.

In my opinion (I am an 18-year old girl btw), by the time you are 18, either guy or girl, and haven't been kissed, you are probably a loser.

By the time you are 20, you are definetely a loser.

Someone mentioned that maturity has a lot to do it and so forth, and I agree. But when I think of a 20 year old guy or girl that hasn't been kissed, I wonder: where has this person been living? If this person has spend his/her life researching cancer in a lab, that's great, but whatever the excuse is, they just missed out on a stage of life that's never going to come back: their adolescence.

So to sum up, I do think these people are mostly losers. If they think they are "cool" for not been kissed, they might not think so when they don't have sex, and they might not think so when they are 60 and they realize the opportunity is long gone.

My first french kiss was at 12 btw.

No age. Romance is dumb and pointless... so what if one has never been kissed through his/her entire life? Don't worry about it, life can be spent in so many other, better ways.

^ Way to scream "virgin." =/ (I just kid)

By the end of college, at best. Chances don't present themselves as often after that.

I wouldn't about it, niether have I. Hugging/kissing and stuff makes me uncomfortable and I'd rather wait for when it feels right then just to say I've had my first kiss already.

I'd cap it at 18, but that's just on a very general, loose sense.

Pardon me for the colloquial language but AWESOME HAS OCCURRED.

Measuring "coolness" by whether or not you have had sex is common but kissing brings it to a whole new level hahaha. I would say anyone who hasn't kissed by the time they are 18 (as a guy) should do some heavy partying, get a mail-order bride, or go on "The Pick-Up Artist" (hilarious show). If you are a girl then it is different...I hate to say it.

Lol, is that show still going? I saw the first season (which I also thought was the only season).

Lol I think it was the only season, but those guys are perfect examples of this topic.

YouTube - Vh1 The Pickup Artist Season 2 Supertrailer (Oct 12 2008)

haha, I just looked it up and there's a season 2 coming soon. (secretly excited!) It's one of the few reality shows that I've really been able to get into.

Actually, it may have already started. I need to google more!

Edit 2:

Actually, it already aired.

Original run October 12, 2008 – November 30, 2008

I'm a bit disappointed, but maybe they're all online somewhere lol.

34th post accuracy.

Well I found both seasons online if anyone cares, lol.

on a related note: does kissing really feel as great as it's cracked up to be, or does it just feel like 2 faces bumping together?

<.<

mcb52- Kissing someone you don't really like (even if you think you like them) feels like 2 faces bumping together (trust me; my first and only kiss- I was 13, almost 14- was with a guy I thought I liked but I really didn't), but I suppose if it's with someone you like, it probably does feel pretty good.

^ If you don't like the person, is the most disgusting thing in the world.

Unless you consume a good bit of alcohol, then you can kiss whoever you want.

I don't think it's pathetic. I don't know anyone who hasn't by the time they were in college but it's all personal choice, in my opinion. :)

This thread depresses me (not its existence, the responses). There's nothing wrong with any of the choices you have made in your life that do not negatively impact other people.

If you don't think you've found someone you have any business kissing, it wouldn't be worth it anyway.

If you don't want to kiss, that's fine. Just like if you feel pre-marital sex shouldn't occur, that's fine as well. (I fall into the latter category only, by the way)

Live your life how you want and don't judge yourself by other people's standards. If YOU personally think it's bad that you've never kissed someone, then make it a point to find someone you mesh well with and get in a relationship. Just don't do something you'll regret.
