Does not getting kissed by the time you're in college make you a loser? Be honest.

It depends what you've been doing instead of kissing...

No it does not.

No it does not make you a loser.

Maturation rates vary widely and wildly amoung individuals so if you have never felt the urge to kiss do not worry, it will come.

If you have wanted to kiss but have not, you may need to work on your social skills. Human courting behavior is largely learned behavior.

notice the politically correct "may" in there.

although I think that loser is a pretty stupid term, if you haven't kissed a chick by 18, you've gotta make some changes.

^ Actually, I'm a girl, but yeah there's something wrong with most guys like that.

Hug and kiss anyone who'll take it! (Some persons are culturally uncomfortable with such contact.) From a huggy, kissy, panerotic, gregariously unsocial asexual.
1. What kind of kiss are you talking about (and where)?
2. If I'm clean and I feed you cookies, would you let me kiss you?

I've indeed been kissed multiples times by my mother when I was in grade school.

I'm quite glad to avoid being the victim of this question.

I meant a kiss on the lips.

Sure! :)

i love seclude60's answer to this

as for non-familial and non-platonic kissing: i know plenty of college freshmen (that includes a couple 18yos and 19yos, not just the young prodigies who graduate high school early) that have never been kissed yet
...if you read any of the stuff where people post their secrets online (like the online instant counterparts to postsecret), there's people who are in their 20s who have still never been kissed, there's plenty of people to assure them that this is not necessarily a bad thing if they just haven't found anyone they felt like kissing it, and there's plenty of people who say they regret not waiting til an older age to kiss someone they actually liked & are jealous of the people who have their first kisses at a 'loser-ish' age...

moral of the story: whether or not you are a loser does not depend on the age of your first kiss. you're not a loser if you haven't kissed yet because you haven't met anyone you've wanted to kiss; you're probably a loser if you haven't kissed yet because you can't interact normally with others

I got my first kiss on my 16th birthday...haha. But I was with someone whom I felt was right for it. No need to go find some wasted bimbo at a party to kiss just because you haven't had one yet, in my humble opinion.

Meh if you didn't "do anything" in HS don't worry about it. If you're anxious to change that, I would recommend going to find some wasted (but attractive) bimbo at a party once you get to college. If you can't even manage that, you are indeed pathetic.

Out of personal philosophy I've never kissed or wanted to kiss someone. But then again, mentally speaking I'm years ahead of my peers. Lulz.

Broski hugs and daps are alright with a "no homo" thrown in for good measure, but kissing crosses the line.

What about sex then?

Where I come from, it's pretty wierd to not have had sex when you're 18, 19. Sadly, I think sometimes.

@saaammie - Do you mean relationship sex or favour sex? I mean, I don't mind performing protected no-commitment no-seduction no-"passion" no-afterthought happy platonic erotic favours for a horny friend, but the other kind is disturbing ...

it's sort of really disgusting that someone would suggest taking advantage of a girl when they're hammered.

LMAO. This just made my day lol....

Oh, and umm, well it's never really pathetic. It's different for guys and girls for some odd reason... A guy at twenty who has never kissed a girl evokes an image of some pathetic antisocial loser who plays Halo 3 all day. A girl of the same age who has never kissed a guy evokes an image of someone who's just waiting for the right person. Kinda weird. I was 13 when I first kissed someone.

This is a strange question to consider. I was kissed for the first time by my first boyfriend, in eighth grade. At that point I had a circle of friends of both sexes, and it was quite easy to find someone to "date". Maybe the people who miss out in the early teen years don't find another opportunity, thus the amount of people who get to college or further never having been kissed. I wouldn't consider that pathetic, but certainly lamentable.
