Right now I was interested in doing a first year admission information tour for UGA. Does anyone know what it is like and how helpful it was plus what grade is best to go. Is sophomore year appropriate?

You should try to go when school is actually in session, because the food courts will be closed usually if you don’t. Though food isn’t that important, the food court is amazing and it’s nice to know what you’re looking forward to. I went in my senior year, but I felt like it would have been better to go my junior year. Of course you can go during your sophomore year, but they talk a lot about admissions, what they’re looking for in their students, deadlines, and scholarships, so going in your junior year will help you more in terms of knowing what you need to do to apply.

Thank you very much!
