Can an average student in studies get scholarship and financial aid in usa universities?
Financial aid is based solely on your family’s financial status assuming you are a US citizen. Merit aid is based, in theory, on how strong a student you are relative to the overall applicant pool. In practice sometimes colleges award merit aid to students that aren’t so strong to fill out the class

Are you an international student? If so, check to make sure colleges actually award aid to international students. Some do not. Others do in a limited way. Others award aid to international students in the same way as other students.
On your other thread, you state that your SAT is 2200, but your grades are a 1 out of 4…which sounds low. Most merit awards are based on both an excellent SAT or ACT score AND an excellent GPA.
