<p>That is really the only one that counts. To a much lesser extent, internships.</p>
<p>There are virtually none, unless you count research or TA’ing as extracurriculars (actual teaching, not grading, BTW). I know a guy who worked through HKN (EE honor society) to create a research experience program for freshman by pairing them with grad students. This is about the only example I can think of (he got a publication off of it in some education journal). The impact of non-academic activities in grad school admissions (even terminal MS) is so small as to be negligible. You’re better off spending your time doing research in nearly all cases.</p>
