What are good Hotel/Hospitality schools?

I think this is a field that I am really interested in. I had the opportunity to help out with a local travel agency that my parents know the owner of and that has led to possibly doing an internship in France this summer. I am crossing my fingers. What else is a good way to "get my feet wet" in this industry? Which schools are considered to be top of their fields? I am at best a B+ student but do take IB classes and have a good amt. of ec's, as well as a strong recommendation and hopefully a great essay. Any help you can provide would be awesome. I kept feeling like I just didn't have direction but now I am feeling excited about knowing that I am really have found something I love! Thanks!!

Cornell. (10 chars.)

BU (10 freaking chars)

UD is ranked 7th in the nation.. they just opened a hotel on campus for student practicums

Penn State has a program. I do not know how good it is.

Cornell is probably the best in America. If you are interested, Switzerland is world renound for this, although knowledge of French or German is a necessity to even consider that. It is cheaper than most American schoos though
