What are good safety, matches, and reaches for me?

I'm sorry to bug you with another thread like this, but I'm really not sure about college choices and I feel that I don't have enough match/safety schools.

I have a 4.0 UW, 4.4 W GPA at one of the best schools in Northern California.

1450/1600 SAT w/ 740 CR, 710 Math
SAT II: Math-690, Physics 670

EC includes 4 yr JV/Varsity Basketball, 2 yr JV Football, 1 yr JV baseball, 1 yr Varsity Track, ~100 hr. community service.

The schools that I am currently interested in include:

UC Berkeley
UCSD
Rice
UChicago
Duke
UCLA

I'm interested in either Civil Engineering or Biomedical Engineering and maybe Economics/Math. I'm wondering which schools I listed would be a reach/match/safety. I know that I probably need more choices, so can you also suggest some similar schools that would be a good fit? Location, price, and anything besides the academic quality of a school aren't really factors as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks in advanced.

I also forgot to mention that I'm taking a summer class at Stanford, Into to Physiology, and I'm doing really well in it. I'll probably get an A, so that should help in Admissions.

Chicago, unfortunately, does not offer any engineering. It does, however, have fantastic chem, bio, biochem, physics, and biohysicssomething fields. You might feel relieved to know that Chicago didn't offer the major I initially wanted either (American Studies), but I felt that my inclinations for the major were not necessarily stable (I was right, they weren't), and that if I still wanted American Studies, I could either take courses in American history/ American lit/ sociology/ anthropolgy, or I could design my own major. Or I could design my own classes.

If the engineering option is still superimportant to you, consider replacing Chicago with NU.

Safety: Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD

Matches: Rice, Chicago, Duke
