Hey everyone,
I’ve started to think about b-school and was wondering what kind of schools I could get into with the following credentials?
Undergrad school: non target
Undergrad major: economics
Undergrad GPA: 3.6
Work history: 1.25 years at small real estate consultancy (quantitative role), currently a federal analyst at Deloitte
GMAT: assume low 700s
Timeframe: looking to start fall 2017 (3 years of total work experience) or 2018 (4 years of total work experience)
Career aspirations: management consulting or investment banking/finance
Currently not consistently involved in any outside-of-work activities
Schools I’ve been looking at are Georgetown-McDonough, Carnegie Mellon-Tepper, Cornell-Johnson, Yale, Dartmouth-Tuck, Duke-Fuqua, UVA-Darden, and NYU-Stern. Are these realistic schools? What can I do to improve my value?
Thanks
