very low....

a bit below average because of how many AP's you've taken, and the lack of job/work experience.
if it were up to me i would want to admit you, but its just that lots of other students have similar stats that are also very high.
so yeah, i'd say a bit below average or average at best.

Which Math SAT II?
Your stats indicate that you will have a very good chance of getting into a "top school," although even the best stats make it difficult to predict what will happen at any particular school. What kind of school do you attend? I assume based on your location that you are not an international applicant?

Math 2 SAT 740. I go to public school. Do I need to retake Math SAT II?Is it too low for Yale or Harvard? Do you have any suggestion to enhence the chance to get into those top school? Does summer job help?

your fine... APs cant keep you out of a school and your SATIIs are good enough

Lack of APs will keep you out of a school if your school offered many that you did not take.

That said, the OP certainly has the stats to be considered at any school. If will come down to how they like the ECs, recs andd essays.

740 on the Math Level 2 is a 75th percentile. See http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/highered/ra/sat/SubjTestPercentileRanks.pdf
Indeed, 800 is only a 90th percentile--that means that about 10% of those taking the test get a perfect score.

I am taking 5 AP courses out of my 7 classes and im only taking 2 tests

why :/?????

You horrendous command of the English language is what's going to prevent you from getting into these schools. Ignorring that, you're somewhat competitive.
