IMO the best thing you could do for yourself is to find several very selective schools (just below the Ivy & Ivy-equivalent level) that you really like. Look at schools such as U of Rochester, Case Western Reserve, Bryn Mawr, Kenyon, etc. Many of these schools have amazing science departments. Visit some and see what you think. When you do your apps, concentrate on these, and then apply to your reaches as well.

To answer your specific question, each of the schools you mention is a reach for almost everyone. Some applicants with 36 ACTs get turned away.
