What are my chances as a transfer student

<p>Right now my GPA is 3.796. I'm at a community college in Texas. I don't have very many ECs but I do Meals on Wheels regularly and have for about 3 years. My major is going to be Geology.</p>

<p>Here is my list:</p>

<p>UT Austin
Texas A&M
USC
SUNY Binghamton
SUNY Stony Brook
Virginia Tech
University of Arizona
University of Rochester</p>

<p>I picked these schools based on the fact that they have the major I want and I would really like to get out of Texas for a while if I can. For safety schools I have University of Houston and Texas Tech (already accepted). I think my essays are fairly good. Writing is not my strongest point though. </p>

<p>Oh, well im no expert but Texas A&M you would get into, 94% transfer rate. U of A shouldnt be hard either. But I think USC,UR,an UT are a possibility</p>
