Very good ACT score. What's your class rank and what other schools are you looking at? What are you interested in; small school, LAC, area of the country, financial concerns, etc

my school doesn't do class rank, im in the top 25% and thats all i know. I have some financial concerns, i can't pay 50 grand a year. Um, I want to do dIII track at a good academic school, thats not as small as high school. Plus, I wouldn't mind a warm place, even though I am looking at a lot of schools in the east coast, as well as others. (colleges considered: william and mary, university of illinois, rpi, colgate, university of rochester, claremont mckenna, johns hopkins, and emory)
