What are my chances at the Provost Scholarship?

I am currently a high school senior starting to apply to colleges. I really like UCF as a school, but I am not committed to any schools at the moment. I would love to receive the Provost Scholarship, but I am not sure of my chances. Please let me know!

GPA UW: 3.94
GPA W: 4.69
ACT: 33
Graduating with Associate of Arts degree
National Merit Commended Student
Over 300 community service hours
Three varsity sports
Softball (Varsity MVP two years in a row)
Bowling (Varsity, competed in the state finals two years in a row, received All-Gateway Conference Honor)
Weightlifting (Varsity and competed at the regional level)
NHS, Senior Women
All 8 classes are dual enrollment
ROTC student, went far and received awards

I am about to apply, as I know UCF is first come first serve.

You need to apply ASAP to be eligible. Your chances should be pretty good but UCF has been first come first serve with scholarships in the past the differnce between applying in Sept and Oct can mean the difference in a scholarship.
