What are my chances at these universities? (messed up 9th/10th grade)

Hello so these are my final grades from 9th+10th

Hon. Algebra 2: C+
Hon. Bio B+
Hon. US Hist. A+
Hon German 2 B+
Hon Eng. B+
Choir/Gym A+

Accel Geo B+
Hon. Chem C-
Hon History B
Hon Eng. B+
Hon German 3 B
Choir/Health A+

My weighted GPA combined now is a 3.67 and I'm not sure what my unweighted is. roughly a 3.33.
I unfortunately suffered from severe clinical depression for the last two years which really tampered my ability to concentrate. My conditions have been getting better and I've started to focus much harder now. I also have been doing well on practice SAT's so my SAT score should be pretty good. I have tons of extracurricular activities (including a private pilot's license and leadership roles) and over 120 hours of community service so far. If I pull my grades up in honors/AP courses next year and senior year with a good SAT score, what will be my chances at the following schools?

Lehigh University
Temple University
Drexel University
University of Pittsburgh
Penn State
Ohio State University

Hmmm I’m assuming you live in Pennsylvania. So I’m going to be frank, those C’s don’t look good anywhere so really push academically junior year as it is your most important and colleges like upward trends. I also have no idea what your EC’s are. Lehigh is very big on showing school interest (almost as important as grades.) So show ALOT of interest in Lehigh when applying. You should visit and set up an interview, ask questions about the school. If you do do well junior year and do show interest and have decent ec’s I think Lehigh could be a high match to low reach. Right now here is where you probably stand

Lehigh- Reach
Temple- Match
Drexel- Match
Pitt- Match
Penn State- Match
Ohio- Low match-Match

I suggest throwing in one more reach like Lafayette if you do very well Junior year and also add 1 total safety just in case.
