What are my chances at UVA, NYU, BC, and UMich?

Hey I just wanted to know my chances at the following schools:
University of Virginia
NYU

Boston College

I want to major in business/finance

My stats:

** I plan on taking the SAT II Subject Tests for Math II, US History, and Chemistry in May

UMich is variable, but for a chance, you best find out your UW GPA. Also, what state are you from? If you’re in-state, you definitely have a great shot of making it in. For UMich, I suggest you apply Early. I think that was one of my major mistakes applying this year. With a 31 ACT Comp (translating to a 2090 SAT), a 3.95 UW GPA/5.0 W, 10 APs, with triple legacy and a recommendation from someone inside the school, I was deferred and I can assume that at this point in time, I’ve either been waitlisted/rejected.
In general
Here are the positives of your app in my opinion:
Your EC’s
Your SAT is fairly strong (stronger than mine anyways x3)
GPA
The Negatives:
No hook
I assume you’re OOS for these schools?
Class Rigor

With that in mind I say:
UVA - Low Match
NYU - Good shot
UMich - Match if not good shot. UMich has an obvious fault in admissions, so it’s hard to say.
Boston college - Good shot

I’m from NJ. I plan on retaking my SATs to see if I can get a higher score. Also, my school does not offer any AP classes for freshmen or sophomores unless the student takes a credit course over the summer. So, my freshman and sophomore years I was stuck will all honors classes. Thank you for your response though! My number one choice is NYU and my number two is UMich.

My race probably plays a factor also – I’m Indian American…
