hey everyone. I'm really in need of some help as to whether i have a chance at my absolute dream school Yale.

I'm Australian and I live in Melbourne. My subjects are

Biology (A+)
Chemistry (usually B)
English (A+) (english dux)
literature(A)
Revolutionary history (A+)

that's for senior year. I always get academic awards at half and full year and also art awards. my extracurriculars are

japanese exchange program (2006)
rock eistedfodd (2005 and 2007)
-set crew, costumes, painting etc
senior student leader (2008)
numerous art awards, state and country wide
community service in homeless shelters

I am also a qualified dressmaker, and i am currently training to teach infant aquatics (swim teaching)

all of my recognition has come from art and design. Is this going to affect my chances applying to Yale? do i need to have academic extracurriculars?
I have good grades except in chemistry, and have been featured in a lot of art shows.

Do i have any chance of being accepted to this amazing school as it is, or do i need to reassess my position?

thanks all ;)
