SAT is very low percentile for Cornell, even if you’re legacy and URM. Your ECs and GPA could be much better too, sorry to say. You should try to expand your list with more match/safeties. State school?
As said above, SAT scores are very low for almost all of the scores, this includes the weighted GPA. Despite your hooks, the other stats, not even including a nearly absent set of ECs seems to bring the chances down. State schools do help alot, as well as thinking of more rational safeties and matches.

(This doesn’t usually change much, but more info such as state residency, class ranks, school rigor, UW, and other stats could help people recommend you such schools that are a good fit, also as a last resort, try volunteering in more STEM fields with the time you have left, as it will boost your chances by a huge amount)
