What Are My Chances Duke,Georgetown, UCLA, USC, Boston College

I am currently a junior and was just wondering what my chances would be at some prospective schools.

Internship
I worked for over 170 hours over the summer at my city’s Police Department and City Hall where I researched and analyzed the ability for the City to respond to natural disasters like Earthquakes and created a powerpoint that was presented to City Council.

Major: Political Science and International Relations
Hooks: I am Persian (my parents moved to the US during the Iranian Revolution) and got interested in International Politics in the 7th grade when I went to Iran and saw rallies against the American Government. I had no idea of the tense relations between Iran and the United States at the time so when I got back to America I devoted almost all of my time in studying the Middle East and how it became so destabilized.

Also I am first generation American and bi lingual, but I don’t know if that would impact my chances significantly.

How did your GPA plummit like that? If you have As in 5 AP classes, that would be pretty difficult to lower that below a 4.0 W. Did you do poorly freshman or sophomore year?

I apologize for not being clear - the 3.73 and 3.78 are unweighted while the 4.4 and 4.64 are weighted

Georgetown highly recommends 3 SAT subject tests as well.

Also the PSAT score is good. What is your SI? You are probably at least NMSF Commended assuming California has SI around 222.

My SI is 221, which unfortunately will most likely not be enough to be a Semi Finalist here.
