Major: Political Science and International Relations
Hooks: I am Persian (my parents moved to the US during the Iranian Revolution) and got interested in International Politics in the 7th grade when I went to Iran and saw rallies against the American Government. I had no idea of the tense relations between Iran and the United States at the time so when I got back to America I devoted almost all of my time in studying the Middle East and how it became so destabilized.
Also I am first generation American and bi lingual, but I don’t know if that would impact my chances significantly.
