What are my chances ED at Cornell and JHU

I am a pakistani male who goes to public school in jersey as a senior
My rank is 47/390
my GPA is a 4.1 weighted
I jumped from only 2 honors freshman and sophomore year and rank 125 to 9 APs junior and Senior year

9th: 3.75 10: 3.825 11:4.7375
SAT: 1450/1600 (retaking in a few days) 800 in math 650 in reading
SAT II Chem-730 Math II-750
AP Chem:4 AP Calc AB:5 APUSH: 5

I want to apply early decision at either cornell or hopkins, where do i have a better chance if any at all

Im also doing northeastern and UVA early action

My intended major is neuroscience
i know jhu is better for that but what are my chances at each school

my ECs are all math and science based and i play varsity golf and wrote my common app essay on performing magic

Decent chances at most, good chance at Northeastern. I would tend to think that JHU is more competitive than Cornell, especially for neuroscience, although I don’t know too much Cornell’s department.
