I would like to go to Texas A&M College Station for Petroleum engineering, but I'm not sure how reasonable that is given my grades and whatnot at this point. I am only a junior at the moment.

GPA:

(5.0): 4.067 (Weighted?)
(4.0): 3.285 ( Unweighted? From what I can tell, pathetic)
Class Rank: 372/994

I'm guessing 5.0/4.0 means weighted/unweighted... I'm in a very competitive High school, so my class rank is pretty pathetic.

Course load is moderately heavy. Taking social studies as honors for all 4 years, science as honors for all 4 years (Bio H, Chem H, Physics H, and then next year either AP CHem or Ap physics). English honors in all but sophmore year. Math was level, but I did Algebra 1 in 8th so I will have taken Agebra 2, Geometry, Precal, and Cal by graduation.

ECs are meh so far, but again I still have the rest of the year to boost em.

-250ish hours community service
-Student Council 9th grade
-Co-Founded (admittedly short lived) fishing club 9th
grade
-Track jr year (will also do sr year)
-Next semester and Sr. year I will be in an engineering internship

I plan on joining the engineering club and possibly seeing if I could start a Young Libertarians club.

As you can see I haven't taken the SAT/ACT yet, which I realize makes it difficult to give me an accurate outlook... I Believe I will do fairly well, as I did fairly well on the PSAT and I'm usually good at standardized tests anyway.

If you could, i would appreciate any insight into the kind of ACT/SAT grade I should be going for if I'm going to have a chance of making it into A&M, if at all possible.
