What are my chances for schools like FSU, UCF, UF?

<p>I got a 1380 on my SAT (2nd time) and a 21 on my ACT (1st time)
WGPA: 4.0
UGPA: 3.0 </p>

<p>Class rank: #11 out of 97 students
I also wrote a really excellent essay praised by 3 different readers.</p>

<p>So just based on these factors, what are my chances?</p>
