What are my chances for SDSU and UCSD?

3.86, maybe 3.9 if some miracle happens</p>

<p>SAT score:
600 Reading
620 Writing
740 Math</p>

<p>SAT Subject Tests:
680 Physics
650 US History
720 Math II</p>

<p>EC's: None, zilt, nada. Didn't know I needed this until January of my junior year. Too late for me now...</p>

<p>So what are my chances for SDSU and UCSD? UCSD is my dream school.</p>

<p>Oh can anyone tell me the admission process? Like what is the registration deadline, how do I apply for federal grants and loans? And how do I actually send my SAT scores and GPA and everything else that is needed?</p>
