What are my chances for these different colleges?

-31 on ACT (planning on taking SAT)
-GPA fluctuating between 3.6-4.0 throughout high school (fortunately more towards the higher end)
-Taken AP Language/Composition and AP US History (3 for English, 4 for history on the AP exam), planning on taking AP Lit. and Biology
-In volleyball (2013-2014 MVP), planning on soccer
-Interested in medicine and pre-med in college (would like to major in biology)
-Not too many clubs, competitions on transcript
-Volunteer at hospital (have about 200 hours complete)

I like most of what I have accomplished in high school, but not taking clubs and other extracurricular activities too seriously (2-3 a year) is intimidating me a bit. I understand that colleges aren't only looking for "book worms" and also prefer to focus on extracurriculars. Anyone have an idea of how this would present itself to these colleges? Are they reaches, matches, or safeties?:
-Boston University
-University of Michigan
-University of Illinois at Chicago
-Indiana University (Bloomington)

Also, which one of these schools' medical schools most appeals to you? Also, could someone match me with a good college in California that also has a good medical school or high medical school acceptance rate?
Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to answer!

Where is your home state? This is critical for your chancing on public colleges.

What is your cumulative uwGPA? This is critical for all schools.

I’m an Illinois resident and i’m not sure about my cumulative gpa, but it should be either 3.75 or 3.8 out of 4

I’d say the following. You don’t have a “lot” of ECs, but you do have sports (good show of drive/determination typically, especially at public universities). Your GPA and ACT are good–maybe you could even bump up your ACT but it isn’t extremely necessary.

UIUC–match
Indiana–low match/safety (only if your finances line up with the costs here)
Boston University–low match
University of Michigan–high match/reach (and very expensive)

Also, how well of a candidate would I be for Wayne State University?

For oos student with 3.8 GPA and 31 ACT, Umich would be a low reach for you. Wayne State should be a match.
