What are my chances for these schools?

I'm planning on applying to Brown, Bucknell, Cornell, Dartmouth, Lafayette, and Vassar. I do understand that a couple of them are reaches but I'd like to know how much of a reach they would be.

I go to Towson High School in Maryland

GPA: 3.71/4.00 unweighted (should rise to at least 3.8 after this year)

Class Rank: top 15% (hopefully top 10% after this year)

SAT: V-720 M-770 W-730 (first time)

SAT II: Chem-790
I'm planning on taking Physics, US History, and Math II in June

AP: Chem-5
World-5
expected scores after current year:
Calc AB-5
Physics B-5
English 11-4
Psychology-5
US History-5
French-taking next year and will most likely cancel scores

Classes:
At my school the classes go standard, honors, GT, and then AP in order of difficulty although they weigh GT and AP the same for weighted GPA(which I do not know right now). Freshmen were not allowed to take AP's for my freshman year(they can now take AP Govt).

Freshman-GT US Government, GT Geometry, GT English 9, GT Biology, Gym, Art 1, and Honors French III

Sophomore-AP Chemistry(2 periods), AP World History (of 3 APs available to sophomores with the third being AP Computer Science), GT Pre-Calc, Honors French IV, GT English 10, and Honors Tech

Junior(current)-AP Calculus AB, AP Physics B, AP English 11(not sure which AP English), AP Psychology, AP US History, AP French V, SAT prep (mandatory half year), health (mandatory half year)

Senior(already signed up for next year)-AP Physics C, AP English 12, AP French VI, AP Biology (2 periods), AP Economy (micro and macro for 1 year together), and AP Calculus BC

Extracurriculars:
Freshman year- JV boys soccer, club soccer, V Tennis, Fencing (outside of school) qualified for went to Junior Olympics and Summer Nationals, Fencing Officials Commission rated referee, entered French Honor Society

Sophomore year- JV boys soccer, club soccer, V Tennis, Fencing (outside of school) qualified for but did not go to Junior Olympics, qualified for and went to Summer Nationals, Fencing Officials Commission rated referee, French Honor Society

Junior year- V boys soccer, V Tennis tryouts soon, Fencing (outside of school) qualified for and went to Junior Olympics, have not had qualifiers for Summer Nationals yet, Fencing Officials Commission rated referee (ratings increased), French Honor Society

Current FOC ratings: Foil-8 Epee-9 Sabre-10 (10-lowest/unobserved, 1-highest, 6 and down-usually referee at Nationals and JOs)

Service(not good):
Have refereed 3-4 youth tournaments for no pay(volunteered), Assisted youth fencing camps for 2 weeks this past summer

Will colleges be understanding with my extracurriculars and lack of service if I tell them that my fencing and soccer are year round, and that I have taken and am taking more AP classes than any other student in my class at my school?

Also, I have contacted the Vassar fencing coach who recruited my brother into Vassar, and he had lower SAT scores and a lower GPA than me.

My brother was a National AP Scholar, so I just want to let you know that I am very sure about those score predictions.

Class size is around 350. I’m not sure if it is above or below.

I did not include safety schools here. Thanks to anyone who chances me.

Brown & Dartmouth- Reach, potentially low reach (fencing really stands out) - reach for everyone
Cornell - High Match
Rest In

Congrats, iam jealous.

Thanks JayJay

I’ve also done some tutoring at a middle school. Thanks again for anyone that chances me.

you have good stats! Brown and Dartmouth might be the only reaches for you. I think you’re matches for the others :)

[chance me back?](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/866056-chance-columbia.html)

bumppppppppp

Any support is appreciated, thanks alot.

Chance me?

I don’t know if “understanding” is the word. They might accept that you had other things to do in place of clubs and community service. However, I do not know if that will mean much if you didn’t achieve some distinction in your sports. Never argue about AP’s haha. There will always be someone with more.

U got good chances
