What are my chances for UCLA? Unusual Situation.

Hello all!

This is my first post on College Confidential, so apologies if this is not in the right format. I have a quick question - I am currently a community college student in Los Angeles and would like to transfer to UCLA. As of now, I have a 3.86 GPA and would like to major in Econ or BizEcon. Unfortunately, I received a B in my first Econ class (Micro) but have an A in my second Econ class (Macro) and straight A’s in my Calc series I-III. The B was received before I knew that I wanted to major in Econ. I volunteer at my local hospital and am in the process of forming a club at my community college. My question is… did that B ruin it for me in regards to UCLA or even Berkeley? Also, any recommendations to help me stand out as a transfer applicant are very much so welcomed. I still have around 1 and a half years to complete IGETC/prereqs to transfer, so in that time, how can I improve my chances?

Thank you to everyone who replies.
