What are my chances for UCLA?

I am a transfer student who will be applying this fall. (Also to Cal, UCSD, USC)

Major: Communications (Yesss, I know about how impacted it is :( )
GPA: 4.0

-Honors Transfer Program
- I could be completed with my prereqs (for UCLA only) by Fall, however I may save one to take in a study-abroad program in Winter?
-BUT instead of the Statistics course listed on assist.org, I took a Statistics for Prospective Teachers class. I called both the Comm. Department and Counseling at UCLA and they said it should be okay, but is it really?
-Will finish IGETC by Fall 09.
-I have an interview for an internship in LA this week/ have an online internship with a News-based website.
-I work 15hrs a week.
-I am Asian. (This could work against me)
-I am currently running for Student Gov.
-Several clubs, however no positions in them.
-Also I am taking 7 classes right now (23 units) and will most likely get all A's. (But possibly, worst case scenario a B in speech!) Will they be able to see this schedule?

Please tell me my chances/what I can do to improve! Thanks!

Also, by Spring I will also be done with prereqs for English, which is my backup plan.
(What are my chances for getting in with that?)

typical asian.

being in clubs doesnt matter unless youre an officer because anyone can be in a club.

it sounds like a good resume but amazingly on this site your resume is seen as kind of on the low side

probably UCSD. cal and ucla might be a toss up due to their JC transfer acceptance percentages, and theres a LOT of competition
