what are my chances for university of michigan, wisconsin-madison, illinois U-C, and case western?

I’m an out of state (high school) junior
-unweighted GPA of a 3.82 but should be able to get it up to a 3.9-4.0 by the end of junior year/start of senior year.
-31 on the ACT w/ no studying, aiming for 32-34.

Classes taken in high school so far (freshman, sophomore, junior year):
-11 honors
-APush
-AP psych
Classes (planning on taking) senior year:
-AP bio
-AP stats
-AP Gov Pol
-College class/level of english
-College class/level of french

extracurriculars:
-Ski team captain for 2 years
-SafeRides captain for 2 years (and planning to be secretary or VP of activities senior year).
-Starting a club and will be president for 2 years
-Volunteering at a hospital for a full year,
-A front desk/customer service job for 2 1/2 years
-A leadership position/counselor for 3 years at a summer camp based around leadership building/skills.
-Planning to do an internship over the summer with a psychiatrist or another type of doctor/specialist (planning on majoring in psychology/pre-med.)
-Planning on applying to NHS later this year, most likely will get in.

What are my chances for UMich, U Wisconsin-Madison, UIUC, and Case Western Reserve based on all of that?? Thanks!!
