<p>A full IB diploma with these grades and a 33 or 34 ACT make you both compelling and competitive for these schools. You would need to point out that living in the Middle East limits your EC options but I think any US college would find your application interesting</p>

Bump those all down a tier if your essays are really good. Your EC’s are not stunning, but they are decent enough, especially in your situation.
Try to do something fantastic in the time you have left and maintain your grades above all else. 39 is very good, but colleges see 40+ as a very impressive, neat round number! Good luck!
@avix215 Does starting the bottle caps for wheelchairs project count as fantastic? My friends and I launched the project and its a big deal since we’re doing it in conjunct with a local disabled centre. And its a really big deal at my school so??
This being a joint effort, it would certainly add a deal to your application but would not seem wholly original and exciting. I was thinking along the lines of a meaningful internship/job, shadowing, learning a totally new skill, etc… Maybe learn a language, code, etc. and prove it with a test? I’m not sure. Just try to stand out and trust yourself, and you’ll be fine.
