<p>GPA: 3.4/3.5 ish range (it's 3.3 at the moment but it will go to the 3.4s if i maintain the good grades)

<p>Yeah, that's all i have so far. I am so scared for college because i think my gpa is low for the schools i want to go to. Plus, i haven't done too many extracurriculars because i am so busy studying for school! Anyways, i want to apply to: University of Washington, Boston University, Syracuse University, USC(cali), NYU, Indiana U-Bloomington, and University of Wisconson-Madison. I know NYU/USC/Boston is without a doubt a reach but i am going to give it a shot.</p>
<p>NYU/BU/USC you need to pick your gpa a little bit up, and the SAT going up will certainly help. You say you have been studying for school but to be honest your schedule doesn’t look THAT hard… Whats your rank, what state, and is your school competitive? All these factors will help chances</p>
<p>Yeah i know my schedule isn’t that hard but i am trying to fit things in one by one so i won’t burn myself out. I live in WA, my school rank is 31/308 in the state, and i think my rank is bottom 50% unfortunately.(hoping raising my gpa will get me into at least top 50%)</p>
<p>Ok unfortunately USC is almost definitely not going to work out, and same with NYU and Boston. Those schools are just soo competitive, i mean thousands of kids get turned away from those places with GPA’s over 4.0 and SAT scores of like 2050. There’s just so much competition, it’s not because you’re not smart enough or anything. Syracuse is more of a high target/reach, and idk enough about the rest of those schools to say anything lol. good luck!</p>
