Hello, I'm a 17 years old Indian student extremely interested in Computer Science and I will be applying to several international universities. In the US I'm looking into top tier as well as second/third tier universities, and I was just wishing to know if I have a chance.

I took SAT Reasoning test once and got a 1810 (660 Maths, 590 Reading and 560 writing).
I took the SAT subject test in October for Maths II C and Physics and scored 690 in Maths and 790 in Physics. I'll be retaking Maths in December (I hadn't prepared so I wasn't expecting above 700, but I guess I did well in Physics).
I have fairly good percentages in my class (we don't have GPA here), had about 92% overall in 11th grade and I'm expecting about 95% overall in 12th grade finals.

I understand these aren't good academics but I believe I have very strong extra curriculum. I've been doing web development since March 2007, my primary languages being PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS along with MySQL for database. I've done both open source development as well as freelance development (charging hourly for any development work, in fact most of the gadgets and computers I own, I've bought myself), and have been doing so ever since I began. I can easily show my experience through various examples and testimonials. I participated in Google Code-in last year and stood first internationally (had a lovely trip to California), and also received a letter of recommendation from one of the Open Source managers at Google.

Are my extra curriculum strong enough to help me through? Thanks

PS: Typed the entire post on mobile so I'm sorry if there are any mistakes.
