What are my chances in getting to schools like Groton, Exeter or Loomis?

I just took the the ISEE exams and here are my scores.
Verbal 68
Reading 80
Quantitive Reasoning 99
Mathematics Achievement 95

I understand standardized tests aren’t everything but I know my scores are vital for the admission process.

Boarding School Admissions is a holistic process- they look at all parts of you, not just your test scores. There have been people who have been rejected with 99s all across the board, and people getting in with 50s. I would focus on developing the more softer parts of your application (recommendations, essays, etc). We can’t tell you your chances by just looking at the test scores.

Is that the list that ABC gave you?

ABC is usually pretty clued in and they work closely with admissions at BS. If that’s their list, you are probably fine.
