What are my chances (is it worth the app)?

I'm trying to get a read on my chances for UVA, UW Seattle Honors Program, and possible Wash U St. Louis. I was thinking of applying to Georgia Tech also but im not sure I like the school, however I would love admission to UVA as I hear they give great aid and the school is awesome.

SAT:

2230 (770 Math, 760 CR, 700 W)

Will be taking Math II and Physics subject tests Nov 6.

AP Courses:

Calc BC - 5
English III - 3
Computer Science - 4 (w/o taking course)

Senior Schedule:

AP Macro Econ
AP Govt
AP Physics C
AP English IV
AP Stats

GPA:

Weak...this a worry. 3.9WGPA coming off a slide (4.3WGPA soph year).
Rank - top %30 at a competitive "magnet" academy.

ECs:

USSF Youth Soccer Referee - 6 years
NHS - 2 years
8 Years of club soccer
3 years of HS soccer (minus 1 because of injury)
Latin Club - 4 years
Various volunteering activities / coordination of some school events

Thanks for any input.

…bump…

You might get some merit from GT, but you won’t get need-based aid.

You have a decent chance for UVA and Wash U, but your UW GPA may hurt you. They take few OOS kids.

Do you qualify for need-based aid?

Will your parents pay their expected “family contribution”?

UVA uses CSS Profile, so do you know what you’re likely family contribution will be?

UW-Seattle… honors…are you instate?

Average High school GPA: 3.92

Average SAT: 2070

Average ACT: 31

Is that avg GPA weighted or UW?

Thats a weighted GPA, and I’m out of state for all schools.
What is a CSS profile? Im hoping to receive substantial need-based aid seeing as I have two siblings in school right now.

I’ve read that UVA gives more weight to transcripts than test scores which worries me.
