What are my chances of admission for the following school?

Hi, I am an international student currently attending an American School.
I have had mediocre grades for 9th grade, and improved my grades in 10th grade
to include all As with 3 Bs. In my 11th grade, all my grades were As except 2 Bs.
I have doing very well in my senior year. My unweighted GPA is 3.53 and an SAT score of 2000 (will improve upon this). But I have taken 2 AP classes in 11th grade and taking 3 more APs and one honors course in my senior year. Also, my GPA went down as I took second language courses every year that resulted in average grade of B. My extra-curricular activities include few voluntary work, sports teams, sent as a delegate to the Modeled United Nations, and in the process of making an iPhone app.

With these stats what are my chances of getting into: University of California Berkely and LA, Cornell, MIT, and Duke university.

Also, would an improvement in my Senior year increase my chances of getting in?

Thanks in advance.

All of those institutions are going to be unlikely reaches with UW GPA ~3.5 and SAT ~2000. Sorry.

Do you have matches and safeties in mind?

Not sure about the UC system.

Cornell and Duke are high reaches, and are almost certainly not going to happen if you’re requesting a significant amount of need-based aid.

MIT is almost certainly not possible. I wouldn’t even bother applying.

Thank You both for the reply.
Yes, I did expect these schools to be a reach school. But I am only applying to the top-tier schools in U.S. as I have other easier schools that I will apply to in Canada such as University of Waterloo, Toronto, and McGill.
I have also considered Florida Tech, Georgia Tech, and John Hopkins.
I would very much appreciate it if you could advice me on any universities that I could get into with my scores. (I am interested in Computer Engineering)

Thanks
