What are my chances of being accepted into a top university and/or college?

I am going to be a senior in high school this fall of 2013 and graduating June 2014. I live in NY. I am looking for honest opinions. I have not been involved in any extracurricular activities since the 9th grade. Near the end of junior year of 2013 may, I started to volunteer at a food bank.I will have a total of around 100 hours by the time I finish applications for schools. I have been involved in about 5 or 6 events at my church involving the youth to help with fundraising for nonprofit organizations such as World Vision or other local communities. That is about everything I've done that may be considered "extracurricular" activities. In the beginning I did not join any clubs or sports because I thought I would need to focus on school work and I am not good at any sports at all. Only thing I actually do for fun is selling items on eBay. I've started this since 10th grade (Dec.2010). Sold around 350 items. Most were gifts cards, flip flops, and brand named clothes; but unfortunately were just bought and resold items, so probably wouldn't look good on applications.I do not have my transcript with me as of now but I remember the classes and know only range of final average grade most. FSM=final school mark
Class FSM Regents Final
Living Environment (Biology) 93-98 96 x
Algebra 1 87-95 86 x

Chemistry 90-95 92 x
Geometry 89 72 x
Global History 10 90-97 92-98 x
English 10 87-95 x 84-93

Physics 86-92 88 x

Anatomy and Physiology 88-95 x 92-98
English 11 89-95 87 90-95
US History 11 91-97 96 x
Health 93-98 x 90-97

GPA unweighted at end of junior year around 3.7 grade about 93.2 Class rank in top 20% (11%-13%) in class of 469

I have purposely left out my gym grades because it is not part of GPA but all together is in the low to mid 90 range. I also have taken an art class which was a requirement but not sure if included in GPA but FSM was around 88-93 and final grade mid to high 90s. I have taken ACT and SAT but I do not want that considered because I will be taking each again. Plan on getting at least 1200 (CR + M) but more likely to be in low 500 range each. ACT plan on getting at least 30, but, again more likely to be 24-28 ish. Hoping to do well on both and will be choosing only one of those to send. For senior year I plan on taking the following classes: AP Chemistry, Economics 12/ Participation in Government, Molecular Biology/Biochemistry, Precalculus, PE, Spanish 4, English 12/Contemporary Connections, and a CEIP class (career exploration internship program) half the year will have classroom instruction about careers and related and will be completing 54 hours of internship by the end of year. I am undecided about what major to do. Conflicted between health/science and math related majors. Considering on the math side Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance
Considering on health/science side Health Services/Management, Chemistry, Biology, Pre-pharmacy, Pre-dentistry
Still unsure of what jobs I want to do but considering the following: accountant, blood bank technologist, financial manager or planner, geneticist, gerontologist, health services administrator, human resource manager, office manager, radiation therapy technologist, radiologist, radiologic technician, sonographer, tax accountant. I know it seems heading towards science career fields but I prefer math over science. Problem is that I do better in science compared to math. Only colleges that I liked and visited so far are SUNY Binghamton and Albany College of Pharmacy and health sciences. Next week going to visit NYU and Columbia College. Visiting St John's University soon. Money is not a factor in choosing. They all seem far out of my reach but not completely sure. So I think that's all the relevant information.

Considering your grades, lack of ECs, and potential ACT…
-Albany College: mid match
-SUNY Binghamton: high match / low reach
-St. John’s: low reach
-NYU: mid reach

(Which Columbia College are you referring to? Illinois, Minnesota, or South Carolina?)

Columbia College part of the Columbia University in NYC
