What are my chances of getting into a UC?

I'm worried that my freshman/sophomore years of highschool will negatively impact my chances of getting in. I had to overcome some adversities before I was able to focus on school, but here are my overall stats. Please give me an honest opinion in regards to whether or not I have a chance. ( I would LOVE to get accepted into UCSD in all honesty..)

Other:

Cummulative GPA:

I'm hoping that they see a huge upward trend and take a chance on me? My personal statement should include the reason how I overcame my adversities, and how it has impacted my upward trend. Please let me know what you guys think...

An upward trend helps but UCI is already a high match (UCD, UCSB, UCSD are reaches) so there’s pretty much UCR, UCSC or UCM left.
