What are my chances of getting into California State University Long Beach

<p>I am from the state of Florida. I'm a junior, and I'm going to be applying to college in Late August, or earlier September. I have an 18 ACT(I plan to take it again and get a 23/24). I got a 1440 SAT. I plan to take it again and get a 1620-1650. I have 18 schools that I pan on applying to. CSU-Long beach is one of them. Should I attempt to apply, or no?
My unweighted GPA is 2.8, and my weighted is 4.2. I was in the IB program, but I dropped out this year due to stress. Should I apply, or not? I want to major in industrial design.</p>
