I really really want to get into George Washington. It is my dream school. Do I have a good chance? I want to major in political science.

The average GPA of students from my school that were accepted to GWU in the past is a 3.84 (weighted), unweighted (3.65). The average SAT score is a 1930. Your SATs exceed this average, but your GPA may be low, however, the admissions officers may see that you have an upward trend…do you have a reason for your change in GPA?

Even so, your extracurriculars are okay, I think you have a chance. Don’t be surprised if you get rejected though. DEFINITELY APPLY HERE

I agree with Anonymous886, but one way to improve your chances at GWU is to have an interview. Interviews are listed as “important” in their admissions factors.
