Schools:
Harvard
Yale
Princeton
Stanford

(There are more, but they're safety schools so I know my chances already)

You know that your SATs are great. It would be nice to know your GPA bc that is the most important thing.

As far as ECs and your app go. I would advise you to focus in on debate and poltitics as the focal point of your application. From what I hear admission officiers want to see some sort of passion in an applicant and it is a plus I think if it relates to your major.

Also look to garner more debate awards to try and demonstrate that you have been heavily involved as opposed to just something you do.

Great chances! You have a very strong profile with all-around wonderful achievements. I would say definitely good chances, but this Harvard we are talking: you can be one of the best (which you are) and still never know.

Good Luck! =]

OP, i think your leaving out some vital information that contributes to the process...

Are you the sauce master of your clique?
Are you from an aristocratic family?
How many girls you have sleign?
How nice is your flow?
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, how chill are you considered by the average peer?
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, how chill are you considered by the average sauce master?

this is pretty important, lets not forget that these admissions officers would like to see how you will do in the community...

I second Yankees post.

third it, hes right

lol i fourth it hahhaha

I'll break the chain with an intelligent post :p

Well, you have that coveted 2250 that everyone believes to be the key to entering HYPS, but your extracurricular involvement looks fairly impressive. Follow up your debate and Model Governments with awards to really prove your worth, and everything else looks great. Granted, we're still talking about the most selective schools in the country here, and no one is guaranteed in, but you have decent chance at these schools. By decent I mean that you have a 50% shot at getting into at least one of them.
