What are my chances of getting into Kansas State? Also when will the answer come in?

Hey guys i recently applied to Kansas State University and i was wondering how long will it take to get my decision? I applied one week after rolling admission and i think i had to send my test scores by Aug.1st but i sent them the same day i applied on Aug.11th.
so can someone please help me I'm so nervous. I really want to get into this school. Also what are my chances?
Act score:24
GPA:4.0
Rank: The last time i checked when i got my ranking i was in the top 20%.
So can someone please help me out here. I really don't want to stress myself out but i cant stand the waiting. If it helps I am a rising senior graduating in 2013. I applied pretty early for fall 2013.

K-State uses the Kansas Qualified Admissions system. Here are the requirements:
http://www.kansasregents.org/resources/PDF/1091-QualifiedAdmissions20152015AY.pdf

Assuming you completed the high school course requirements, you should be good to go!

I didn’t apply to K-State (missed a deadline) but KU processed my application quickly. I’d guess that they will be fast, though they may not actually start reviewing applications for a while.

Would this only apply to the students of 2015? Also I had a friend who sent her application and just sent her scores (our counselor said that our transcripts couldn’t be sent til September) and in exactly one week got a reply that she had been accepted. Could this happen to me?

My bad, I added the wrong link. Try this one:

http://www.kansasregents.org/resources/PDF/1780-1048-QAPublication_Final_2010[1]2013-2014.pdf

You should be fine.

Yes, one week sounds like a reasonable turnaround time.

This would help very much but there is one problem. I’m not a Kansas resident. I live in Texas but thanks for the info. Hopefully i can still get accepted even if i don’t qualify for automatic admission. I think my scores, grades, and rank will get me through. Knowing that the info doesn’t apply to me, Do you think i can still get accepted?
