@Roonzz Hey, I will be applying this year too! I am 8th grade. I am wondering what school are you in for the Academic bowl(greater Lawrence), because I am in it too. We are the team with no defeats, and we will be playing on Wednesday again. Good luck to you too! I am studying my butt off for the SSAT, I got a 2097 for the first test, but felt unprepared. I will take it again soon. My grades are similar to yours, and I am a international student. I know 3 languages, and I am learning Spanish as my fourth language. I play soccer and volleyball, winning the regional competition on the latter. I play band, winning bronze on the national competition. I hope we both get in!
Hi @Roonzz, I would reach out to the soccer coach at Andover. Mr. Orben, who is also a math teacher. Tell him you are really interested–in playing for his team (if you truly are) and in pursuing math (if you are). Yesterday Andover held an event for area athletes (sorry I didn’t get back to you soon enough), but they may have others, and since you are local, you could always meet him. Fingers crossed for you! :)>-
