What are my chances of getting into Rice?

I have a 4.0 GPA unweighted, am the valedictorian of my class of 105 (I come from a small town in Northwest Washington), I have taken all the AP/Honors classes my school has to offer with the exception of AP Stats (am taking AP calc instead), my sat was 2180 (690 in reading, 730 in math, 760 in writing) and got a 700 on math 2 and a 760 on us history. As far as sports go, I haven’t done that much, but I did do track freshman and junior year, and I was on varsity both times. For clubs, I have been in an Earth Club for 3 years (VP this year), community service club for three years (leadership team this year and last year), Knowledgebowl for four years, National Honors Society for two years (leadership team this year), BIg Brothers Big Sisters for two years, and another club thats basically the same as big brothers big sisters but for older kids. A couple summers ago I did a month long immersion program in Taiwan, last year I did an internship at a software company for about five months, and I’ve also had a job every summer since freshman year. I was really happy with my main common app essay, but the supplementary ones were just so-so (I waited 'til the last day to write them.) And finally, my I’m half Taiwanese and half American (my essay was actually about spending a few days living in a temple in Taiwan.) Thanks for reading this long post!

PS Does it help that I’m from a small town in a very different part of the country?

PPSS I go to a small public high school that isn’t that good. We are not funded very well, nor do we have a wide class selection. I’m only saying that because I know that a lot of the top students in the country come from elite and well funded private and public schools.
