What are my chances of getting into Santa Clara University as a transfer student?

Hey what's up guys, I'm starting this thread because Winter 2015 transfer applications are due pretty soon, and I've got some applications to a few colleges, one of which is Santa Clara University. I'm currently at BYU, Provo, as a first semester freshman, and I already feel very out of place. I'll spare you guys the whole story, but basically my enrollment into BYU was completely obligatory and I realized only after I enrolled there that I was going because it was what my Mormon parents expected of me, rather than what I actually wanted to do. One of the other schools I really wanted to go to during the college application process was Santa Clara. Now this is somewhat of a two part question. The first is, what are my chances of getting in as a transfer student for the Winter 2015 semester? My unweighted GPA in high school was about a 3.5, with many rigorous classes including Calculus and several APs, for which I passed all of the tests. I got a 32 on the ACT, and I've been very involved from an extracurricular perspective. I played football for three years, ran track for two, and swam competitively for one. I practiced and became adept at Mixed Martial Arts during high school and became an assistant instructor during my junior and senior years. I'm an Eagle Scout, I had a lead role in the high school play my senior year, and I also served on student council as a senior. During the summer of 2013, I went on a community service trip to Belize for three weeks, in which I helped build a computer lab for a local school. In college, I'm currently taking Calculus 112, Military Science 121, Persuasive Writing 370, Ranger Challenge 425R, Principles of Accounting 200, and Econ 110. Any help from one familiar with the school and its transfer process would be greatly appreciated!

My second question involves majors at the school. I noticed that the business school at SCU is completely full, but they do offer a major in Economics as a BS in the College of Arts and Sciences. However, this major is also unavailable. I was wondering if it would be smart for me to apply to SCU as a different major (eg. History or English), and then switch into the Economics major within the College of Arts and Sciences later on. I'm told that while changing schools is incredibly difficult, changing majors within a school is very easy. So when I start sophomore year I could switch majors to Economics or something.

Thanks a ton for all of your help!

hey! did you get in?
