Hi, my name is Pious Zormelo, I am sophmore at Clarksburg High School. Just wanted to ask if a gpa of 3.2-4.0 and an SAT score of of 1900 will get me into Stanford University
Virtually no chance unless you can get that SAT score up around 2300+. http://admission.stanford.edu/basics/selection/profile.html
First off, this is College CONFIDENTIAL so please don’t say your name and school. And, to be frank, you have a minuscule chance of getting into Stanford. Your GPA is very low for Stanford and your SAT isn’t where it needs to be for Stanford either. Unless you have some incredible life story or amazing EC’s, I would say it’s a no. I wish you all of the luck in your academic pursuits, though.
no
@Gumbymom is certainly exaggerating. You don’t need a 2300. But you certainly need a GPA of 3.7 the very least and then an SAT score upwards of 2100. Unless you have some enormous hook (You’re a Kennedy or a Clinton or an Obama).
