What are my chances of getting into the Ivy Leagues?

Hi there…I’m Chinese American and currently a junior in high school. I was just wondering what are my chances of getting into the Ivy Leagues since my sat scores I don’t think are good enough.

November sat(old one):
CR-680
Math-670
WR-600

January sat(old one):
CR-640
Math-780
WR-660

Gpa: fm-4.57, Sm-4.57, Jr.-4.71

I have taken all honors classes since freshmen year.
Taken 3 AP classes so far and got a 5 on the world history AP.
I will be taking 3 more aps next year

I’m on the swim team.
Vice President of speech and debate team
President of science club
Robotics team

And I also do community service.

Please let me know my chances of making it into any of the ivy leagues.

Which schools since they are all very different? Why specifically Ivy League schools?

Based on the stuff you posted, I wouldn’t say they are very strong.

Roughly 75% of Ivy League admits score higher than you in CR and WR on the SAT.

It might be good to specify which APs you’ve taken and how well as well list your UW GPA and how your weighted GPA is scaled.

Unless you’re good enough to play in college or are the captain of your team, Swimming won’t help you get admitted. Being VP of the the debate team and President of the science club help, but those on their own won’t get you in.

Every kid does some sort of community service. Although its good to show colleges that you’d be a positive part of their community, don’t obsess over getting as many hours as possible. The difference between 50 and 75 hours or 200 and 250 hours isn’t very big.

If you enjoy you’re non-leadership activities then by all means continue them. Just don’t expect them to get you admitted.

I have a 4.0 gpa unweighted.
I’ve only taken 3 APs so far, as my school has only allowed me to take 3 so far: world history, us, and English language. Us and Language scores haven’t come out yet. Next year as a senior I plan to take AP Bio, Calc BC, and, English Literature

You have between a 5% (Harvard) and 14% (Cornell) chance.

Unfortunately, as a Chinese American applicant, you need to score much HIGHER than other students to be a competitive applicant for Ivy League schools: http://observer.com/2015/06/asian-americans-are-indeed-getting-screwed-by-harvard-but-not-how-they-think

As such, you need to boost your SAT score from a 2080 to a 2200+ to be a competitive applicant for any of the ivy league schools.
