What are my chances of getting into the U.S. Coast Guard Academy?

I'm a junior in high school in New Hampshire and here it is about me:

Freshman year I had about a 3.9 GPA out of a 4.0 scale.
Sophomore year was about a 3.76
Junior year, it looks around a 3.5, unfortunately it's been dropping.

I've taken two Honors classes, which were a freshman science class and Honors Chem. I will be taking 5 sciences when I leave high school.

I am strong in English and Social Studies, but unfortunately I am behind in math I struggle a lot. I have been on Honor role up until this year which worries me about my chances of getting in. I got a C+ in my college preparatory Biology class, and a C in my Algebra II class, but other than that I have done well in my other classes with mainly A's.

My first semester this year I had a class rank of 29/151.

My activities will be the reason I get into any college:

By the time I leave high school I will be part of ..
4 Years of Varsity Volleyball (2 years as a captain)
1 Year JV lacrosse, 3 Years Varsity Lacrosse (2 years as a captain)
4 Years Varsity Gymnastics (3 years as a captain)

Two years as the Awards Chairsperson on the National Art Honor Society
Two years as part of the National Honor Society
Core Leadership
Tutoring other students for NHS

Attended the New Hampshire Sports Leadership Conference Sophomore year
Attended the same Conference this year (This time I was part of the conference helping run events)
Attended the NFHS National Student Leadership Conference in Indianapolis last summer
This summer, I am attending the New England Student Leadership Conference
I am a part of the New Hampshire Student Leadership Team

I have over 230 hours of community service
I was a volunteer coach at the Special Olympics Massachusetts Gymnastics last summer
I will be volunteering again this summer

I work at as a Camp Counselor at a summer camp in my town. (this will be my second summer)
I work as an assistant gymnastics coach at a gym in Massachusetts. (been working there for a year and a half

This is all I can really think of .. Please let me know your opinion!

Well you have some good things going for you and some not so good. The latter would include declining pattern of grades and trouble in math. At the CGA you will be taking a lot of math and science-related courses.

What about SAT’s? Have you taken them?

Overall I would say you would be decent but not grade candidate for admission. Good luck!
