What are my chances of getting into these colleges?

Right now I have a 2.3 GPA and I'm a senior in highschool. My low GPA is pretty much because I had a really hard time freshmen/sophomore year with math and science. But, junior year I got all B's and two C's. First quarter of senior year I got five A's and two B's which was roughly around a 3.4 GPA which I intend to keep for my second quarter as well. I played varsity golf, and was part of the Best Buddies program. I want to be a social worker so I am currently working at the Department of Social Services babysitting foster kids, which is counted as community service. I also spent a day at DSS with the supervisor learning what a social worker does which I intend to put on my application also. I've done more community service as well, probably adding up to around 300 hours. My SATs were..
560- Critical Reading 430-Math 570-Writing, and I just took them in November and will probably take them another time in December.. I'm also being tutored in math so I hope my grade will go up in that!

I have about 11 colleges I'm applying to. But my favorites are UMass Dartmouth (in Dartmouth Massachusetts, not Dartmouth College which a lot of people get it confused with haha), UTampa, UNH, Keene State, Arizona State, Hawaii Pacific, St. Leo University, and Assumption. Do I have a good chance at getting into any of these? Thanks!!

I think you have good chances at UMass Dartmouth, Keene, Hawaii Pacific and St. Leo. Not sure on the others. Best of luck!

Okay thanks so much that really helped!
