What are my chances of getting into UCF or UF with a low GPA but a good SAT score?

I have a 3.1 GPA and received an 1190 on PSAT, but I just took the SAT and found it a lot easier than the PSAT, so I’m pretty confident about my score - I studied a lot for it. I also believe I did REALLY well on the essay, but I still don’t receive scores until about 2 weeks from now.

My only AP so far is English Lang this year (Junior), and i plan on taking at least 4-5 credits worth of AP next year:

AP Calculus AB
AP Chemistry
AP English Literature
AP Government (one semester)
AP Macroeconomics (one semester)
AP Music Theory (maybe, not sure yet)

I did pretty bad my freshman and sophomore year due to depression and simply because virtual school just wasn’t for me. I am now in a normal public school and I’m doing a lot better and I’m a lot happier. My grades are looking fine with straight As except for one C in AP Lang, but that doesn’t concern me too much since it’s only the third quarter. I got 4 As and 3 Bs the first semester of this year.

Can a good SAT score (at least 1300) compensate for a rather low GPA? I’m really concerned about it since I can’t really raise my GPA much at this point in my education.

Current Classes:

Physics (Honors - A)
US History (Honors - A)
Digital Design 1 (A)
Precalculus (Honors - A)
AP English Language (B)
Italian 1 (A - 100.41% from EC)
Keyboard 1 (A - this is Piano)

EDIT: My C in AP Lang just raised to a B!

Also, I’ve taken as many classes Honors as possible. I’m pretty sure I only have half of a regular course credit within all of my core classes. Everything else is Honors.

Don’t get too cocky there. I got a 1460 on the PSAT and I thought the SAT was super-easy.

Turns out I got rekted with a 1380 (I had been expecting a 1500+). So don’t believe or think anything until you get the hard number.

Also, when did you do it? The scores for January have been out and I am pretty sure there is no other SAT until march.
