What are my chances of getting into UCI or UCSD?

I'm a Hispanic male attending a So Cal high school. I'm a senior and I plan on attending UCSD or UCI. I'll most likely go for pre-med. I'm a first generation student.

I know I didn't take as many AP's as would be preferable, but the early college classes didn't exactly permit me to take most of the ones I would have otherwise taken >,<. I anticipate that I'll receive an A in each of my classes this year, so please assume that when evaluating my chances.

Academic GPA ~4.4

Total GPA ~4.3

Tests

SAT 1;
Total: 1760
Reading: 600
Math: 580
Writing: 580

Yes, it's a pretty bad score. I was really sick that day, so I'm going to take it again in a few days and hopefully raise my score by at least 100. I don't exactly work well under pressure, so I've been working on my test-taking for it!

I'm more skilled in math and science, would you recommend taking the ACT instead?

SAT 2;
Going to take chemistry, US history and biology.

AP tests:
AP World His/Bio/Chemistry I got a 3 in every single one

Yes, that's bad

Extracurriculars

Here's where it gets pretty bad ._.

I was very introverted going into high school, but I worked to change that over time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Freshman year;
Church youth group - Active involvement in church and community service (~50 hours or so I think. Yes, it's bad)
Track and Field statistics- (I don't exactly know if this counts, but I was in track for a while until I quit because I couldn't keep up physically (-.- )
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sophomore year;

SEPA program with City of Hope the summer after- I worked in a lab with others at City of Hope, a cancer research institute. We worked on understanding gene expression of RAD52 in yeast cells to understand the effects that it had on DNA double strand breaks. It's responsible for producing proteins that aid in locating homologous strands of DNA in breaks.

Swim statistics- Same thing with track, I was embarrassed that I couldn't perform as well as others. I'm not overweight at all, but I CAN'T GAIN MUSCLE MASS DESPITE EVERYTHING I TRYYYYYY. That's besides the point, though.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Junior year;
Solar Boat- I joined this program that worked with a local community park to join the Solar Cup event. We created a small boat by our own design and had to apply physics into doing so. This is a program in which we also learned a great deal about circuitry and how we can use it to facilitate what we aimed to achieve. We won 9th place out of dozens.
SHArK- In this program, a group of peers and I all worked with Cal Tech in order to find metallic compounds that would display the highest amount of photo-catalytic activity. We wanted to find something that would allow for massive amounts of hydrogen and oxygen to be produced. We worked directly with people from Cal Tech. Despite having plated an immense amount of compounds and testing all of them, we never found a single effective catalyst.
CodeCrackers - A friend and I made our own programming club! It was a great experience to do so and it helped us become more social as we were required to communicate well with our members. We worked to develop an application using what we learned from a variety of programming languages such as Java, C, C++, and HTML.
Swim - I FINALLY hit my growth spurt and grew about 4-5 inches taller. The height gave me the confidence to believe that I could do well in swim. I decided that I wouldn't give up no matter how much I wanted to. I ended up doing fairly well relative to other JV swimmers. My coach asked that I move up to varsity but I was fearful that I couldn't live up to the standard⊙﹏⊙. It was a fantastic experience and allowed me to meet a lot of new people. I made many friends that I would have otherwise never spoken to. I'm definitely going to do it again this year when swim season arrives!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Senior year;

Key Club- I had always wanted to join it but I was always too shy to do so. I was always very nervous around groups like this one. I decided to dive in and give it my best. I have 17 hours 2 months in and plan on attending every service event they have. Every event I've gone too was already a great experience, I always meet a new person to talk to at each one. I can't wait to attend fall rally this year and experience the atmosphere there!

Anime Club- I was going to join this my Freshman year because my friend made it and I love anime, but, the group soon grew very large. That repelled me at the time, but this time I won't be deterred.

SHArK- Same program with a different method of finding catalyst activity.

Swim- I'll dedicate my all to this swim year, I must get a medal to finish my high school career.

Anyway, that's all there is to me. Please give me your input if you've made it this far into the question. I would really appreciate it!

HS course rigor is considered very important in UC admissions and if your school offerred many and you did not take advantage, that may hurt you regardless your very competitive GPA. The UC’s want to see that you challenged yourself but still maintaining a good GPA. Your SAT score is below average for both schools but you have very good EC’s.
UCI likes high GPA vs test scores, while UCSD wants both. Really try to get that SAT score in the 1900+ range for UCI, while for UCSD you would need around a 2100+ to be competitive.

UCI: Low Reach (High Match if you increase your SAT)
UCSD: Reach

Thanks for the input! I appreciate it. I’ll make sure to prepare as much as I can for the upcoming SAT.

You may get into UCSD because your grades are good.

What effect do you think my SAT score has on my chances of getting into UCSD? O:
